  • Creates vapor barrier which prevents condensation in the cabinet.
  • Flows and self-levels before expanding
  • Easy to mix and apply; no water required
  • Tolerates environmental extremes
  • Sturdy, cross-linked structure will not crumble or cave-in
  • Excellent for power supply cabinets or enclosures
  • May be used as a suspended floor, or directly on the ground
  • Strong, lightweight seal
  • Withstands freeze-thaw cycles
  • Compatible with cable  jacket materials
  • Will not corrode metal
  • Re-Entry – Saw or drill after installation to install new ducts or cables.
  • Adheres to fiberglass, polymer concrete, and concrete pads.

Seal it Right the First Time

Seals pad-mounted equipment openings to prevent outages and service disruptions due to entry of rodents, water and humidity.  It is a resilient and impermeable ground barrier that improves electrical reliability.  It is ideal for equipment replacement where pad opening dimensions and/or pad positions between old and new equipment are different. Once sealant is mixed and poured into pad openings, its self-leveling expansion fills voids around conduit stub-ups and cable to create a smooth yet strong barrier.
